La Fàbrica SOLÉS is located in L’Escala, in the oldest building of all village salting factories. Adapted to the needs of the 21st century but keeping the essence and tradition of our ancestors. Inside the factory a museum has recently opened to celebrate the 130th anniversary of SOLÉS Anchovies.
The price of the visit to the museum includes a small tasting of SOLÉS products in the new “SOLÉS chill-out” terrace outside the factory. On the terrace there is also a SOLÉS tapas tasting service, accompanied by wine, vermouth or cava.
